Our production staff consists of carpenters who have worked in all areas of construction and have a very versatile background. It is just as important that they have a strong skills in framing as in finish carpentry. They are tested and screened to make sure they have a thourough working knowledge of all areas of construction and a understanding of construction codes and the construction process. It is also important that they have good communication and social skills as they are working in client's homes and have direct contact with them, their children and pets.

Thomas wears many hats at the helm of this award-winning company. Tom is a class B licensed General Contractor and licensed Right-A-Way Contractor in the city of Boulder Colorado. Tom has over 40 years experience in the building of custom homes and projects. He quickly gained a reputation as being one of Boulder County's finest contractors and is considered a Master Builder. He is involved with all aspects of design and construction of exemplary residences and commercial projects. His attention to detail and his commitment to delivering the best possible project to our clients sets the standard for this company's performance. In addition, his goal is that our team makes every effort to uphold our contractual obligations, conduct our business fairly with our clients and provide exceptional customer service. Tom strives to equip our team with the management tools and authority to handle any problem they encounter.

Linda Seibert

COMPANY OWNER - OFFICE MANAGER

Linda grounds this crew of master craftsman. Her background in the business aspects of the construction industry helps to provide our company with a sound operating structure. She is responsible for accounting and financial operations, she also serves as corporate secretary and treasurer with over 26 years experience. Her extensive office management experience is often utilized to help us deliver the best solutions to our clients.

Gary Mancuso

COMPANY MANAGEMENT AND DESIGNER

Gary is a class B licensed General Contractor in the City of Boulder Colorado and also sits on the Building Code Board of Appeals for the City of Louisville. For the past 20 years he has been involved in all areas of commercial and residential Construction, Landscape Design & Installation and Project Management within Boulder county and surrounding areas. His background includes over 29 years of mechanical fabrication, design and repair. Gary has also been deeply involved with the design of ballistic proof construction and security protection. In addition to management and scheduling, he also handles project estimating. Gary's emphasis is on the construction process, and he is constantly looking for ways to make it more efficient and enjoyable for all parties involved.
