Energy Concepts Inc. was started by Thomas R. Seibert in 1978 and has been in business in the Boulder area ever since. The Company specialized in energy efficient homes, sun rooms and solar heating. Through the years the company moved towards typical residential construction and remodeling. Over the past 16 years the company specialized in remodeling commercial & residential buildings with occupied spaces, and sensitive or secure working environments. Energy Concepts is strongly committed to the community and the majority of our work is in Boulder County. The company is highly active with environmental recycling concerns and actively takes part in construction recycling programs and environmental animal awareness. We are active in both Government and the private sector, and we adjust our methods and contracts to meet the specific needs of each customer and project.
