Thomas R. Seibert wears many hats at the helm of this award-winning company. Tom is a class B licensed General Contractor and licensed Right-A-Way Contractor in the city of  Boulder Colorado. Tom has over 35 years experience in the building of custom homes and projects. He quickly gained a reputation as being one of  Boulder County’s  finest contractors and is considered a Master Builder. In addition to his work responsibilities, He is involved with all aspects of design and construction of exemplary residences and commercial projects. Tom’s attention to detail and his commitment to delivering the best possible project to our clients sets the standard for this company's performance.

Linda Seibert grounds this crew of master craftsman. Her background in the business aspects of the construction industry helps to provide our company with a sound operating structure. She is responsible for accounting and financial operations, she also serves as corporate secretary and treasurer with over 25 years experience. Her extensive office management experience is often utilized to help us deliver the best solutions to our clients.

COMPANY MANAGEMENT AND DESIGNER

Gary Mancuso is a class B licensed General Contractor in the City of Boulder Colorado and a National Certified Traffic Control Supervisors. For the past 14 years he has been involved in all areas of commercial and residential Construction, Landscape Design & Installation and Project Management within Boulder county and surrounding areas. His background includes over 20 years of mechanical fabrication, design and repair. Gary has also been deeply involved with the design of ballistic proof construction and security protection. In addition to management and scheduling, he also handles project estimating.

Steve Thoene

Steve is the most versatile of carpenters anywhere. This 43 year old Master Carpenter is a second generation wood worker. Steve has been with Energy Concepts for 9 years and has over 26 years experience in the field of construction. He has acquired extensive experience with construction projects within the state of Colorado

Jeremy Seibert

Jeremy is a CU Graduate from the Leads School of Business with a degree in Business Operations & Management and Construction Management. He worked his way through High school & College learning the nuts and bolts of the industry from the ground level. After over 12 years in the industry he has now become a very skilled craftsman in all aspects of a construction project

Reese Fisher

Reese is a Master finish craftsman and he is one of the most detailed oriented craftsman in the business. His attention to detail leaves a project in show room condition. Reese has worked with Energy Concepts for over 10 years

Jacob Carrithers

Jacob is the newest carpenter with the company and been with us for 2 years, he is one of the hardest working people you will ever find, his integrity, dedication and work ethics comes from his military training. After completing tours in Iraq he started working in the construction industry and is a well rounded craftsman with a complete set of skills in all areas.
