Energy Concepts Inc. was started by Thomas R. Seibert in 1978 and has been in business in the Boulder area ever since. The Company specialized in energy efficient homes, sun rooms and solar heating. Through the years the company moved towards typical residential construction and remodeling. In the past 14 years the company specialized in remodeling commercial & residential buildings with occupied spaces, and with sensitive and secure working environments. Energy Concepts Inc. is strongly committed to the community and the majority of our work is in Boulder County. The company is highly active with environmental recycling concerns and actively takes part in construction recycling programs and environmental animal awareness. We are active in both Government work and the private sector, and we adjust our methods and contracts to meet the specific needs of each customer and project. We welcome projects of all sizes and are committed to delivering the highest level of value and service to every customer. Today we have grown to be responsible for some of the City of Boulder’s most challenging projects. The company is involved with large-scale commercial and residential construction projects as well as smaller remodel projects. We have complete landscape services, design & construction. We create distinctive designs that reflect the lifestyles of our customers and to blend with the beauty of their homes and surrounding area.
